1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ace81 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of the website, services, and all content available at ace81.onl.

By registering a new account, using any of our services, or simply browsing the ace81 platform, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms. This agreement is final and takes effect from the date of your first registration.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which form part of this overall agreement.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the ace81 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not currently prohibited from participating in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never having misused or engaged in fraud on any online gambling platform previously.
• Not holding or sharing access to any ace81 account that has been previously terminated or suspended.

Ace81 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including valid identification documents, proof of residential address, and any additional information deemed necessary for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

3Registration & Account

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ace81 account at any one time. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses by the same individual. Holding multiple accounts is considered fraud and will result in all such accounts being terminated and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, correct, and up to date at all times. Information that must be updated when changed includes your email address, phone number, and residential address. ace81 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Please choose a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone. ace81 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorized activity that occurs in your account is entirely your responsibility as long as the password has not been changed after the incident is reported.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Ace81 conducts a comprehensive identity verification process to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The KYC process may involve submitting a copy of your identification card, recent bank statement, utility bill as proof of address, or any other required documents. Your first withdrawal will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

All deposits must be made using a payment method approved by ace81 and registered in your own name. ace81 does not accept deposits from third parties or via payment methods not registered to a valid account holder. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed on the Deposit this platform.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page once all required security checks and KYC verification are completed. ace81 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require special consideration.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ace81 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Any deposit or withdrawal in a foreign currency will be automatically converted at the prevailing rate and may be subject to applicable currency exchange fees.

4.4 Money Laundering

Ace81 fully complies with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. Any attempt to use this platform for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account involved will be terminated immediately without a refund.

5Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ace81 are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Each player is only eligible to claim each bonus type once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between different accounts.
• Ace81 reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If a player is found to be using low-risk betting strategies specifically to fulfil bonus wagering requirements without genuine play intent — commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting — ace81 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a specific validity period as stated. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without any compensation.

6Game Rules

The results of all games are final once completed. 9Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You have the right to close your ace81 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before termination is processed, all valid cash balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

9.2 Termination by ace81

Ace81 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Required to comply with directives from relevant authorities or applicable legislation.
• Your account has been inactive beyond the period specified by our inactive account policy.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who need a break from gambling may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming ours. This request will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be withdrawn before the self-exclusion period ends.

10Liability Limits

The ace81 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. ace81 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Loss or theft of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Device or software damage resulting from use of the platform.

Ace81's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the arising of the claim.

11Amendment of Terms

Ace81 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or a notice prominently displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the effective date, unless the amendment relates to a legal requirement that necessitates immediate implementation.

Continued use of the ace81 platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes full acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the procedure in Section 9.1 above.
